St. Louis Butter Cake with Apricot and Almond glaze

 

  Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  1. Add apricot preserves, cardamom, almond extract, and water to a small sauce pan.
  2. On low heat, stir until fully combined
  3. Increase heat to medium, stir continuously until the mixture begins to bubble.
  4. Once mixture begins to bubble remove from heat.
  5. Spoon over our Classic St. Louis Butter Cake.
  6. Enjoy!
